Mrs. Judith Loftus
woman who lives in St. Petersburg, Huck dresses as a girl and goes into her house to get information on the town and his "murder". She can tell right away that Huck is a boy and believes he is a runnaway apprentiece. Her husband plans on investigating for Jim on Jackson's Island. Also Mrs. Loftus gives Huck some food as a snack for his journey. (Meghan)

Emmeline Grangerford (Emily Brown)
Emmeline was a Grangerford daughter who died at fifteen (presumably from being sickly). She collected obituaries and wrote poetry for the deceased which she called 'tributes.' She also drew pictures (most with scenes involving death), which the Grangerfords have put on the walls.
Harney Sheperdson (Emily Brown
Harney is a Sheperdson who Huck and Buck meet on the road. Harney spots the boys and chases them, but turns around and heads back to pick up his hat (Buck had shot it off his head). Harney later elopes with Miss Sophia (A Grangerford daughter).
The Duke (Emily Brown)
Comes aboard Huck and Jim's raft. About thirty, claims to be the eldest son of the Duke of Bridgewater and his rightful heir. Speaks in a sappy eloquent sort of way, and is called "Your Grace" and other titles by Huck and Jim.
The King (Caron)
Pretends to be a grandson of France's King Louis XVI. Huck and Jim shower him with titles. He goes to Parkville and collect $87.75 from the residents there.
Miss Sophia (Caron)
Grangerford family member. Runs off to marry Harney Sheperdson and causes almost all the people to die. (Caron)
Boggs (Jennifer)
comes into town drunk and threatens Colonel Sherburn; is shot twice
